A band that does not know its own work ... They cannot make decisions. They give only partial information and all decisions must be confirmed in Warsaw at the headquarters because they do not know what they can and what they cannot .... This is not a bank but a dude circle of financial support ....

This is a terrible place with the least competent service in the world. Even if something is logical, it stops being logical in this hopeless place. If you don't have to, don't go there and if you have to, run away quickly !!!

After arriving at the appointment, the client must download the number and wait for a specific hour with a specific adviser. The counselor who was supposed to lead the meeting is busy, and no employee can specify the waiting time. After wasted 40 minutes I left the facility because of the lack of any information about which my meeting will take place.
