Professionally, reliably and to the point.
I left the car to have the windshield replaced. I was surprised that I received a regular receipt, which did not contain information about what glass I paid for (it was not the first better glass), and I did not receive information on how to use the car for the next few days. But having experience in replacing windshields (I had replaced the windshield a year earlier in another place, city), I asked for information on paper what glass I had bought and asked what I should watch out for while driving and for how long. And it seems to me that such things should be standard.
