As the offer was favorable, after an analysis and reflection, I called back an hour later and placed the order. Tuesday - call back to the company. I wanted to make sure that the parts were ordered in the assortment and quantity I needed. I got confirmation that it was. They will be in set for pickup on Thursday. The matter was not complicated anyway. It was about a timing chain and a water pump plus gaskets and oil seal necessary for a complete repair - Skoda Fabia. Thursday. I report to the store. Chain plus seals available, water pump missing ...? Why this happened is unknown. I buy available parts, and at the same time I get a promise to pick up the pump the next day. Friday. I'm back at the store again. The pump is waiting for me. I buy, I ask for the price and another surprise. Instead of the previously agreed amount of PLN 88, I hear that I have to pay 144, -. Another company, so the pump is more expensive. I refused to purchase. After critical comments on my part about the order, I heard from the owner that it is the best store, the best seller and that I will come back here anyway. I had to postpone the repair. I bought the pump without any problems on Allegro for PLN 110 with delivery. It'll probably arrive on Tuesday. If you like this way of order fulfillment and customer service, then this is the store for you. I will not go back there.
