Disaster handling. There is such a young puff sitting and graciously making him talk to the client at all. The previous day I was talking on the phone with another gentleman and after explaining what was going on, he said "please come, if we are not available, we will look for it and bring it back". The next morning I go in and the young man on the far left at the sight of some parts pretentiously said that he had no chance. The other one, when he was leaving, said to him "you called yesterday" and the other one did a show going to the shelf and said that they didn't have it. More and more lazy people work in these stores. And this young customer will treat his customers like that, then a nice Jambor store will be avoided from afar.
