Recently, I have been repairing heads for a passenger car in the company, a general renovation was carried out, after which it turned out that the head was cracked. The owner does not offer any warranty for repairs. Generally, I do not recommend this place to anyone who wants a job well done.

I strongly advise against using this company's services. I applied to this company for a two cylinder grinding service. As with my clients it was very important to call and do an interview at all the plants in Częstochowa. The best date over the phone (waiting week) was guaranteed to me at Paczyńska Auto-Szlif. It was Friday, the owner said that it would be calm for pick-up this Thursday-Friday. After bringing the cylinders to the place on the same day, I heard from the owner "we will try to make a cylinder for the next week". OK, I left it. After waiting a week, nobody contacted me, so I waited calmly until Tuesday. On Tuesday I heard on the phone that they did not have time and the cylinder will be made on Wednesday / Thursday. ..... OKAY Of course, no one called on Thursday, so at the end of the day I contacted them by phone. It will be tomorrow - please come. (WEEK OF OFFSERT). On Friday, according to the contract, I volunteered for a pickup. It turned out that the cylinder was untouched! The employee had to make this cylinder next to me. It took him about 20 minutes by the way ... The owner said that they have a lot of customers from Germany and they are not doing the work at the moment. OK, it's a shame she didn't say that before accepting the order and guaranteeing that the service would be done in a week. The lady apologized for the delay and said that the second less urgent cylinder would be done calmly in 2 weeks. I understood the situation, I did not pick up the cylinder - which later turned out to be a mistake. I was also asked not to call but wait patiently for them to call. (I don't totally understand it, by the way, since someone makes an appointment with me on a specific date and doesn't keep it - I remind you that the first cylinder instead of 6-7 days was 14 days with them.) Of course, in the case of the second cylinder I did not get any phone for 4 weeks! MONTH OF TIME. After arriving at the place, it turned out that the cylinder was not even moved from its place. THE OWNER WASN'T SO SO NICE AND UNFLEXED, THAT IT IS GOOD TO TAKE THIS CYLINDER BECAUSE THERE ARE NO TIME. MAKE HEADS FOR CUSTOMERS FROM GERMANY .... In sum. There is no work queue in this company. There they just do what makes them more profitable. It is known that cylinder grinding is not as profitable as comprehensive head regeneration. Nevertheless, I strongly advise against. People who do not want to shine in front of their customers for the delay in carrying out the service should bypass this plant from a distance. No respect for the client. I also asked my clients who were waiting for cylinders to leave an opinion.

Absolute lack of timeliness. The service was performed in 4 weeks, where in another Częstochowa plant the waiting time is 3 days !!

I entered the website, got acquainted with the company's offer and used it. I was not disappointed! The fault was diagnosed and eliminated very quickly. The repair price was quite low, which surprised me positively. Service for 5+!
