Very cool
I do not recommend this salon, the service is incompetent, they mislead customers when buying, where they do not feel like mistakes later. There is a lesson to avoid this living room.
I have been to Aparta several times, both above and below. The same situation every time - zero interest in the customer. Nobody approached us and when we asked for help, it was only about showing us the jewelry we asked for, nothing from ourselves. Ladies not very nice, you have the impression that we caused them a problem with our presence. Apparently, the ladies do not want to earn money and we preferred to spend money with the competition from which you could learn customer service.
The service of this store is a disaster. We came to order wedding rings, the service did not even interest the client, and when you deigned to approach us, she showed us with great problems models that interest us. Asking about the price, she answered as if she worked there for punishment. The products are good but I think about better selection of employees. We've been to more than one jewelry salon and service has never looked that way.
Service takes care of itself, not customer service.
