As at 20.10.2019 - The telephone does not work as usual !!? Because the ladies from the window intentionally turn off the phone ring so that it does not disturb them at work. She noticed the boss came out of the back room and snarled at me that she wasn't there to cringe on the phone. Maybe it will be better if you eliminate telephone contacts, which are still fiction.

The lady serving in the window (the older one) on Friday 18/01/2019 at the hour of about 17, by mistake / inadvertently I gave a payment card instead of a personal ID. She clicks at me what I give her, I can give her a pin. I apologized politely, moreover I was a bit stupid .... I gave proof. When I received a package "snarled" to me to sign the confirmation on the tablet and seeing that I take a pen tangled with a tablet pen to unravel the tightly twisted cables / springs roared that it is signed with a stylus and not a pen. Please, if you do not like this position, it may be better to walk off sidewalks or sow grass, a little bit of culture because your behavior deviates from the standards of customer service.

The facility I'm condemned to. Eternal queues. The lady in the window doubles and triples, but nothing bad can be done about the organization. Rare second open window. It is difficult, even impossible to reach any matter. I get the advice, even when I'm at home. In the outlet itself, you can probably buy everything in kiosks, the assortment also touches on other industries - even the seeds I once bought there. Unfortunately, this multifunctionality suffers from the efficiency of service in basic matters.
