Shoes purchased from this store are defective I bought the shoes on 04/09 2020 On 04/12/2020 I submitted a complaint Today I got a reply that the complaint has been rejected I appeal to the Consumer Ombudsman

I warn you - shoes that are put up for sale are stored in a cold, wet basement or garage in the off season, so after re-exposure, they smell stiff and are often covered with mold. They are only shoes that are after several years. Owners exhibit even unpaired shoes in the rttlet part. Complaints are always considered negatively on the last day of consideration. For those who are looking for employment - I strongly advise against advancing, exploitation and deception. Violation of labor law and general law. Nothing is as it should be, which means a continuous rotation of employees.
