The shop itself is ok. However, the approach to the customer is like in a comedy from the Polish People's Republic. I wanted to make a complaint about the purchased product. The staff informed me that the manager is on the counter and will come over in a moment. The time is set to 10 minutes. And ok, but 10 minutes would be half an hour, if not for my reminding after the indicated time. Anyway, the manager turned out to be a manager who came from the back of the store, not a cashier who was terribly rude.

In my opinion, action is a very nice store, there are many different things, but one thing lowers the rating a bit, which gives me 4 stars, in my opinion, products that are in the promotion of the week should be in the store because you cannot order something from the website .

The choice is small, but the prices are surprisingly low for well-known and popular brands. My favorite Toblerone 360g for PLN 15 (November 2020) Cote d'or for less than PLN 9. I recommend!
