Hello. Just today I came back from Turkey through this company. In general, about the holidays, I have reservations not only that what is in the description of the offer is not always true, but ... The travel agency changed the hotel several times, then the flight and, worst of all, they cheat for the number of days. I really travel a lot and I am shocked that they treat people like that, normally a massacre. Until the last day, specifically until the evening, nothing changes so we have everything planned and we are enjoying the holidays and we are planning time for the last day because the departure was supposed to be in the evening and here it turns out that by accident he finds out that the holiday ends at 6.30 a.m. Normally crazy people behave like that. There was no one from the above-mentioned office, we only went to the bar for a drink and something inspired me to ask if there was anything known about the flight and it was after 9pm, normally a shock. There is nowhere any travel information as it was before in other hotels. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. PLEASE check everything really well. These 3 stars are for the facility, although the hotel itself may even deserve more. The opinion applies to this office.

Great office, great service I am very satisfied. At the airport coral marked ladies do not have to look what is a big plus for me. Stay in Turkey as the most successful super hotel. With a clear conscience I recommend and I will definitely come back here 😉

Professional service in the office and everything worked out during the trip. Polish resident, Polish animations, transfer with Polish staff from the airport and to the airport. Immediately upon arrival, the residents lead to the appropriate bus where they explain everything exactly. During the return transfer, the resident leads the group to the airport, tells how to proceed (which positions to go to) I recommend this office to everyone.

Excellent organization of excursions and holidays in Turkey, everything is done for the last button. Office in Częstochowa very helpful and oriented what the hotel offers, parish choose the offer to the expectations and the possibility of customers.
