Luggage was lost and the office decided it was not their problem. Incompetent employees, apart from basic knowledge about trips sold, cannot provide any information.

As if I were to give an opinion on the Itaka office point itself, everything is most ok. Nice and nice service. As for the trip itself, it could have been better, prices a little overpriced (Greece, Egypt).
