Friendly service is the end of the pluses, delivering a package on time is a difficult task for the post office. Instead of a professional company that supports the collection and sending of parcels of all kinds, we have a shop with everything ... You get a text message "you will receive your package today" and until 4 pm no parcels or contact with the courier to whom I made 2 calls, after contact with the post office it turned out that the phone number is wrong and the post office lady gave me a good one. These are not the first problems with the Polish post office, honestly, when I send something, I prefer a different shipping company because the package sent today will reach 99% tomorrow and with the Post Office it is not so sure, even with priority. 2.5 days later, I'm waiting for the next package, I'm at home all day, and here's a surprise ... The package was notified, no one called the intercom, no contact because (you won't guess) in the text message from the mail, wrong number to the courier who delivered the package . The case ended with the parcel being delivered by another courier who apologized for his colleague probably three times. Maybe a colleague should change his job because it's sad when someone else has to correct the job for someone else and explain themselves. Best regards, mail, thanks for the packages.

The worst post office I've ever been to. Staff tired, maybe one lady wants to work. You can not get through, and when it is personal, it is not nice.

Waiting a little too long in the queue, but the service is nice, sometimes better and worse, but ladies are helpful. Two stars give the confusing opening hours on the post office. And this is probably the most frequently sought information. Employees of this mail should be the first to react, after all, our master's customer. And I still do not know to go to the mail to kiss the door handle?

Always polite ladies and efficiently dealing with clients' affairs. Always open several windows and you can choose the shortest queue. Max spent 10 minutes there, including the shipping time of his packages.
