Great service and great to eat.

We were participants of the Singapore, Malaysia trip - Asian tigers with rest in Bali from 27.10-11.11.2016. We regret to say that we were very disappointed with the tour operator. Well, after implementing a very interesting, but quite tiring program in the traveling part, we flew by plane from Kuala Lumpur for the longed-for rest in Bali. And it was on the plane that our pilot Klaudia Kasińska informed us that, unfortunately, we would not be resting in the BALI TROPIC hotel we chose, but in the MELIA SOL BEACH hotel. Unfortunately, we had no other choice and we had to give such consent despite our dissatisfaction and opposition. We are outraged at the change of hotels, informing us about it only during the trip (on the 11th day on 16 days of this trip). We did not book this trip as a last minute, but as a first minute and we believe that such a change without our consent is unacceptable. We are already older people, we travel a lot, and after Rainbow Tours after a few trips we also had a very good opinion, but in such a situation that spoiled our vacation we were not yet. By switching hotels during this trip, we have completely lost confidence in Rainbow Tours and feel cheated. There was no disaster, fire, etc., and the BALI TROPIC hotel continued to receive other tourists. After arriving from this trip, we waited half a month for an apology from Rainbow, but we did not wait, which is why November 21, 2016. we submitted a written complaint to Mr. Grzegorz Baszczyński, President of the Board, Rainbow S.A. On December 22, 2016 we received a registered letter from Rainbow. After carefully reading the explanations, we were deeply disappointed in such a settlement and a funny reward of PLN 596.65. Therefore, on December 22, 2016, and then by letters of January 11, 2017, February 23, 2017. we proposed another type of settlement that would satisfy both parties, ie Rainbow and us injured clients. However, there is a total lack of response from Rainbow on these letters. That is why today we are publishing information that Rainbow Tours S.A. is an unreliable travel agency, has deceived us and does not want to start talks to conclude a fair settlement and give back the wrongly collected money. We are also considering that we will install the Rainbow misconduct publication on our private car, which we drive all over Poland. If these actions are unsuccessful, then we will be forced to ask the Polish Prosecutor's Office to investigate the case of committing a crime (Rainbow's deception of clients, i.e. no refunds that would satisfy both sides for any moral and financial losses). So, the Rainbow Tours S.A. travel agency is an unreliable travel agency, cheats on its customers and does not want to start talks to conclude a fair settlement and give back unjustly collected money.
