Instead of the agreed replacement of the alternator with a NEW one, the used one was regenerated and the fee was charged as for the service AND for the new part (PLN 630).
The repair was successful, but that wasn't the deal. It's about honesty.
A plaque that they avoid "looking at your hands" probably does not hang in the plant for a reason.
The service was done professionally. Everything on the agreed date has been completed. Prices quite competitive. Hassle-free phone contact. I will definitely be back. I recommend professional advice.
