I was a frequent client at Venus, in particular I used to get my nails done. But it was you that failed you yesterday. Entering the office of the lady, the beautician without asking me about my expectations regarding the color, etc., started to take the color off my nails and then after about 0.5 hour she asked what color she wanted, so I told me what my expectations were and she told me that she did not have that color and what now. I would like to emphasize and, on your part, zero professionalism about the operation of the milling machine, not to mention with great difficulty, she made my nails that look terribly flat, as if the roller has run over them. I am disappointed with the whole situation and the service. Going to a professional salon, I thought that I would leave satisfied, but I was wrong. At the end, you did not even deign to put the nail polish on my nails, so we will see how long they can withstand. I do not greet you and write this with a heavy heart, but I will not come back to the salon because I did not expect such an effect. 😡😡😡😡

Very pleasant place. Definitely worth seeing while visiting Karpacz. Unfortunately, as everywhere the entrance is quite steep, so perseverance😉
