Very professional and, above all, substantive service. Mr. Andrzej and his team are typically oriented towards customer satisfaction. He will spend so much time for the customer to choose the equipment with which he will be satisfied, without compromise. You come with your idea of the perfect purchase, well-read tests and topics on online forums, and are subtly led out of a wrong choice, often ending up with hardware deviating from your type, in a similar budget - not always higher. Nobody here is cheating on a more expensive purchase, and tries to achieve customer satisfaction in his "range". Audition, first of all, and the selection of perfectly selected equipment supported by the knowledge of the Instal Audio team. I came for equipment with Japanese sound and left very happy with the British one. Nothing is obvious. I highly recommend it, it is a company with which cooperation after the first impression will be long-term.

Last week I had the opportunity to buy my new stereo amplifier here. A large selection of equipment, on-site availability and extremely friendly service in the person of two men - Andrzej and Adam. The gentlemen created a very good atmosphere, expertly advised and, importantly, tried to help in choosing the right equipment without forcing their favorite sets. Listening to my opinions, they helped to choose the right equipment within the budget. I recommend! My rating for the whole thing is 5+.

Professional, substantive service. Good contact both by phone and in person. Good listening organization with "with" and "not on the list" suggestions so that the customer can get to know an interesting alternative to his original choice. Here, "get along" takes on a new meaning - it is literally what we would expect, an honest, attractive price offer. It deserves additional praise that the Sellers do not try to sell what is on the shelf at all costs, they value customer satisfaction, they give the opportunity to order an assortment outside the basic offer. They do not try to suggest what to buy, but together, while listening, they analyze the comments / expectations of the customer and relate to them. I recommend it to anyone who wants to buy an audio set tailored to their needs and expectations, regardless of the price range.

At each stage, I could count on his professional advice and experience, and the selection of equipment was preceded by getting to know my requirements and expectations.
