I have been using mustard mats for years, the first one was 2x2.2m and it weighed as much as a Rubin color TV but it perfectly insulated during sleep from the upholstery foam, which did not particularly affect my well-being and the worst was the feeling that I was sleeping on a wet bed, not to mention feelings pressed by the wringer. The next mats were from the Sentiel company, they were and are just as effective as the first one, only that I no longer have to strain my spine to make the bed. I am currently using a new set, but I do not throw away the previous ones in the garbage can, it is still used on my plot, mustard seeds perfectly massage my back. I recommend this product, it is really ok.
