The meat was good quality and tasty...

☢️ Tragedy .. 🧟 I ordered food on Glovo at 19 o'clock. The time for delivery in the application was up to 45 minutes, so I'm waiting .. after an hour of waiting, I called the kennel and asked where my cup was .. unfortunately🤷, the phone is off, no contact ..📴 I gave them another 30 minutes (1.5h) . To no avail🤦 - no one came, no one called that there was a delay or something .. I also skipped this dive and ordered a pizza24🍕. And you know what .. after 2.15 hours someone came to the house, what a pity that I already ordered it. SHAME THAT SUCH A LARGE COMPANY CANNOT BE FOOD IN TIME, FEW OF THIS CANNOT CALL AND INFORM THAT THERE WILL BE A DELAY.
I will never buy anything from you
I usually order from KFC Pruszków Nowa Stacja. It has happened several times that an incomplete order has arrived - no fries or corn. Today I didn't get the whole box, i.e. no fries and 5 hot wings - just a sandwich. I don't know if other clients have this problem too, but it's starting to get annoying. I order several sets and someone is always injured, I ignore the fact that I paid 4 boxes and not three and a half.
Delivery took almost 2 hours (ordered at 3:30 pm) - no information about the delay. After contacting the complaints department, we got information that the restaurant would contact us, no response until delivery (17:28), in addition, the order container was broken so everything ended up on the chicken. In a word, I do not recommend it.
