My sister and I bought half a Playstation 4 console with 3 games. We open it, there is a console, there are games, but I am curious. Where are the cables and the pad. After opening the console, we saw a power cord, consoles, manuals, etc. and 3 games. Interestingly, it wasn't raining like the rest of the cables and, in addition, nothing was packed in any foil, which should be obvious in the case of cables. The games were sloppy (I watched various unboxings and the games were in a cardboard box). The console worked (we were able to check it because we had an hdmi cable at home) but what if we can't do anything more without rain. Together with my sister and mother, we suspect that the console was purchased by some person, returned to the store after removing the rain and cables from it, it may also indicate that the packaging for the console was slightly torn and that the games were inserted sloppy. In my opinion, people working in the store should check whether the goods are okay, but in this case, they had to apologize. We called the store but nobody wanted to answer and help us. Probably the console will be returned and we will buy it at mediaexpert or in another electronics store, but not at NEONET.

Order to be picked up in an hour after 4, unfortunately, I did not find the product, and the only thing that was in stock was a much older version. There is no information that the product is not waiting for me.

Tragedy handling !!!! Especially a lady who has no knowledge of products that should advise and explain. After half an hour of looking for the box from the printer, because she wanted to check if the cable is included, she said that, unfortunately, she cannot find the box and I will not buy this printer today !!!! I would like to add that it was necessary to call someone from the service, because no one came alone, and there were no customers in the store, which is not surprising to me.
