Hotel Turkovia

Nice restaurant hotel in Turek, with friendly staff (some of them speak English). The rooms on the bowling side are better than those on the other side. The food is typical polish, so you like or you don't. But they also have other stuff, like Caesar salad. The price is reasonable. Suggested.

I rate this place for one star. On June 27, 2020, I had a bowling track reserved, as we celebrated our anniversary with my fiance. The reservation was at 20:00. After reaching the destination, all the tracks were occupied, and we got our track only at 20:15 (with information from the employee that the track was counted from 20:00 and we have time until 21:00). In addition, when placing the order, Ms KLARA W. behaved inadequately. She was rude to both me and my partner. When "our hour" ended, that is 21:00, we went to eat the order we placed and our bowling track was taken by someone else. After eating, we went to the bar to pay for the stay (bowling and food). We were informed by Mrs. KLARA that throughout our stay at the table, we had a bowling track, and that we had to tell her about leaving the track, which we had not been informed about earlier. Despite the fact that she saw that we were sitting at the table and that someone else took our track, she insisted that it was "logical that it must be said that she was going off track." In my opinion, it was logical that I had reserved track until 21:00, which should give an incompetent employee to understand that with this hour we will finish our fun. She said that this is not done, that it was necessary to tell her about it, but how, since most of the time in the lower room Mrs. Class was absent? I have not encountered such incompetent service for a long time. Ms. Klara disappointed the bad profession, because when contacting the client you should have respect for the other person, openness and kindness, which Ms. Clare definitely lacks. This is a huge minus of Turkovia, because despite the beautiful decor and tasty food, Ms. Klara made sure that I will not go back there again.

Great place, service very nice polite helpful, breakfasts very good anyway lunches which and how dinners are very good overall I recommend
