Standard Polish post office with ok service

Once again, waiting for a registered letter, I received an advice letter to the box even though I was at home all day. The postman stubbornly claims that he was calling an intercom which did not take place at all. It is not the place for the service to deliver to the house, some lazy postman who does not want to go to 4th floor, he left me a note in the box. By calling the post the postman hangs up the phone because he does not know what to say. The situation repeats itself once again. Let me change something because it's a mockery.

The office is one of the few places adapted to the needs of disabled people, it has a window with a stamp and highly qualified staff

I do not recommend. When I wanted to send a small packet just 2kg. Packaged so as not to damage. The lady (Kowa .... k) had a big grudge, because the package is not in the paper but a competition foil. Translation that it is for safety that the package does not damage and does not help. So when I asked politely for packing paper or in a heap in response I heard that it is not in the post office, but the package must be sent in it. I have not met such service for a long time. The lady sitting behind the counter acted like she would do me a huge favor. Thank you I went to the competition where they were prepared in their company foliopaki. And they did not make any problems. And then it is strange that no one wants to send by post. For this service I prefer to pay more than less and be downtrodden.

Priority registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt magically disappeared during transport, already 4 days and still has not arrived! I would like to thank the Polish Post Office for the fact that the state papers were lost and that I lost my chance to study;)
