In the near future I plan to open my own pizzeria and despite the experience I already have, I decided to visit Accademia Pizzaioli Poland, founded in Poland by Patryk Nowakowski. I think this is one of the best decisions I could have made. Mr. Patryk is a master at what he does, he communicates his knowledge very well. I didn't waste a second on training and came home full of motivation, enthusiasm with a backpack full of new ideas and knowledge, and I can't wait for customers to taste this delicious pizza in my restaurant. I recommend this training 100%, an experienced and professional instructor, working with high-quality material and very good equipment.

Fully professional training. It will satisfy the most demanding and hungry for knowledge. Classes are held at a very high level. The equipment is also first class. 👌👌 The beautiful thing is that there is no boring theory without practice. The training definitely exceeded my expectations. Multi-day classes, tailored to the needs of people with experience or completely new to subject. The lecturer, instructor Patryk, a man with great knowledge and passion, which translates into an excellent atmosphere in the classes. Substantive and practical knowledge provided at the highest level. A well-equipped place, the availability of various equipment is an additional advantage of this place. Comprehensive answers to questions, and practice in making dough and pizza until you get the desired result. I would highly recommend!
