METALOPLASTYKA OGRODZENIA JĘDRKOWIAK Maciej Jędrkowiak

I fully share the following opinion about Metaloplastyka, owned by P. Maciej Jędrkowiak. Despite signing a contract for the construction of a wrought fence in May 2018, setting the date of completion for July 2018, taking a high down payment, until today, the service has not been fully performed. In July 2018, despite numerous phone calls, visits to the company, nothing was done, August, September, another attempt to make contact - in the end I received information that he has several weeks of delay, but he will perform the service as soon as possible. Next months, and nothing. Finally, in November 2018, I requested in writing to return the advance payment. No reaction. In December, I informed in writing that I am referring the case to the prosecutor's office. He had kindly come over the holidays and, using the holiday season, almost with tears in his eyes, he asked for not sending the case to the prosecutor's office, and promised to carry out the fence until mid-January 2019. I gave the last chance - I agreed to the above. At the end of January he delivered part of the fence, at the same time informing that the remaining part will be delivered within the next few weeks. We have half of April 2019, and the rest of the fence was not there, it is not. Zero any response from the contractor. At the moment, I regret very much that a person like P. Jędrkowiak, I let myself be fooled by the promises, as it turned out completely without coverage. In connection with the above, I would like to warn everyone who wanted to place an order, for example, on a fence, that they will deal with an unreliable person, unviable, even dishonest, and at the same time completely arrogant, unpleasant. If someone wants to lose their nerves, money, be a mockery, this is a company for him. In any other case, the company P. Jędrkowiak should be kept as far away as possible. I direct the case from the prosecutor's office and the commercial court to declare bankruptcy, so that other people will no longer be exposed to the actions of such an unfair company as Metaloplastyka M. Jędrkowiak.

I don't recommend it unless you want to lose money. Angry, dishonest, unreliable, arrogant, rude (he was nice before the conclusion of the contract and the payment of money). He took the deposit, and despite the many phone calls and visits to the company headquarters and assurances of Mr. Maciej Jędrkowiak, there has been no deposit for over half a year. He doesn't answer the phone unless he calls from a foreign (unknown to him) number. After taking over the case by the law firm and its contact with him, he promised that he would do the job within a month, but he did not keep his promise (the next 3 have already passed). Being informed that the case will be referred to the prosecutor's office with a notification of suspected fraud and misappropriation of money in the amount of PLN 1,500 paid as a down payment, this knowledge is neglected without fulfilling the contract. If after reading this review someone thinks that it is untrue, or entered by the competition - I would like to inform you that I will be happy to provide evidence for the circumstances described above. I recommend to treat this opinion as a warning against huge disappointment and loss of hard-earned money.

Warning! The delivery time is quite long but the item that was ordered is solid and very well made. After my earlier negative opinion, I have to admit that Mr. Jedrkowiak fulfilled his duty and did the work as it should. I recommend the most :)

A very arrogant gentleman who does not know much about culture. I do not recommend.
