We tried to move the wedding party when COVID-19 brought about limitations on wedding numbers. We took the down payment, we moved the wedding to another date with a promise that in the event of another event they will give us the down payment, unfortunately it did not happen. According to the contract, any changes should be reflected in the annex, but when we tried to change the date of the wedding, the hotel decided to cancel the contract (which should suggest returning all amounts due) and charge us again with the down payment (which was already charged) A very unprofessional approach on the part of the owner ... she did not want to talk on the phone, but you had to talk to the manager who was instructed what to say ... I do not recommend it at all.
