Service below all criticism. A "lady" in dark hair from the complaints department, disrespecting the client, making mistakes to which she cannot admit. After asking for her name in order to verify her behavior with the head of the salon - which, according to her, there has always been, perhaps he will be able to read this opinion - the lady dropped the phone. Her incompetence equaled the extension of the case by about 3 months. Too bad. PS. Attempts to contact by phone to avoid writing this opinion and forwarding it to the Manager failed, perhaps the lady who threw the phone on the phone blocked our number :)

The staff was very nice and helpful. If you buy equipment, it's only there 😊 I recommend!

The store in Chodzież is a tragedy. The service staff has no clue about the goods they sell, problems with the warranty and returning the goods, plus abusive service and management. The rudeness and reluctance emanating from the employees is shocking. The opinion on google is also inadequate, most of the positive opinions from past and present employees.
