This is a big misunderstanding, I thought it was a joke, when my Arek left me before entering the PZU branch in Chodzież and went to Piła to arrange some errands. Unfortunately, I spent over two hours there 🤔🤨😕 One queue to two service desks and the lack of a cash register means that there is a non-stop queue. Customers are very nervous and some of them start with a grudge against the service ladies. I admire that they were not upset and politely replied that there were only two and they could not help the situation. For people who have to deal with the matter in person - be patient 😉 Other people - it's better to do it online 😉
