The ladies who work there are terribly unpleasant. The customer feels like an unnecessary intruder, regardless of whether he came to buy insurance or with a resignation service matter. Currently, every company uses some standard of customer service, and here there is not even a simple "good morning", and then it only gets worse. I've been to this company twice and the visits were similar, here the standard of service is based on the principle of what you want, don't ask too many questions, it's best to take what is and goodbye.

I do not agree with the previous comment. Service is very competent. Ladies are nice and helpful. I can always call. They call you back if they do. The tips are complete. My patron of the customer jeat Ms. Paulina. Once I had a break. She gave me all the advice calmly and matter-of-fact. I did not have to worry about anything. Ladies took care of everything. I would recommend.
