When buying the phone, the seller guaranteed that by purchasing an additional warranty, the phone would be repaired for any reason. After returning to the service, I waited 5 months for collection to get information that it was not covered by the first standard warranty. After sending it back to the service, it turned out that the phone can be repaired and unnecessarily due to the incompetence of employees I was deprived of the phone for almost a year. The quality of the repair was also tragic, the display worked with a minimal delay, but I did not want to lose the phone for another year, so I gave it to private companies

I am very pleased with the service in this salon - I was buying a new phone, which I do not know at all and I was a bit afraid of shopping, but I found a phenomenal customer advisor - Mr. Kacper (look for a man with a beard and glasses); asked what I required from the equipment, explained the most important parameters and answered all my questions comprehensively. He also helped choose insurance. I will definitely come back to this salon when I need some other equipment

At the beginning, a nice gentleman from Poznań sent for reinforcement. He advised, helped. Goods selected only in installments. Unfortunately the service was a tragedy. A gentleman with a beard, I think Casper. You cannot, the system does not allow, installment zero but with an additional payment of PLN 600. He can't do anything. He didn't even try it. I had the impression that he was offended or that he was working for punishment. We went to Kościan. 30 minutes, installments settled. Nice and pleasant. The shop in Śrem chased a customer who wanted to do shopping for PLN 5,400 with a light hand. I do not recommend. 30 km. and everything is clear, nice, professional and fast. I recommend the shop in Kościan. 09/11/2020 around 4 pm The next visit to this store will be gone. I buy where the service is nice and fair. 11/11/2020

The store does not respect the guaranteed 15-day return period. Goods undamaged in the original packaging and after 14 days, however, you can not add "pandemic". Every other store accepts the goods "touched" by the customer.
