Frustrat answers the phone with great indignation that someone has deigned to call him asking for a part. If you have a problem with contact with customers, do not run a store. I do not recommend.

Unprofessional service, the gentleman who is responsible for telephone contact with the customer during the conversation is outraged and hangs up without giving the customer the final sentence.

The Lord answered and with great indignation said he was on vacation and if I saw it in the announcement. Unfortunately, this information was not included in the advertisement. Why does he answer in such a case and has a grudge against calling him. Hopelessness. I do not recommend because if there is such a first contact I do not expect better.
