Nice shades of emerald colors in the lake. Best visible in good weather. Trails with various levels of difficulty.

I recommend a walk along the scenic route around the Szmaragdowe (turquoise) lake. The lake is a water reservoir, which was created as a result of the flooding of the Stern mine, which was located in Szczecin Zdroje before the war at today's Batalionów Chłopskich Street. I recommend this route for two reasons, firstly, it is varied with hills and nature views, and in particular beautiful landscape views of the lake, secondly, it runs through interesting hills and part of the Bukowa forest in which the lake is located. So I heartily recommend taking this route from which we can also turn and visit such Places like a viewing clearing and a Grotto. For the insiders, I also recommend the site of the cement factory owners and their gardens, but their location is not easy to find for people who do not like to go off the trail.
