I advise you to avoid the store, as long as the service is as helpful as possible, providing advice, the boss who has no customers. The bike inspection was done by eye, nothing was checked - neither the chain was removed, nor the brake wear (disc, pads), but the service fee was collected as much as possible. After paying attention to checking the chain (the gauge indicated wear at the level of 0.7), a new one consisting of 2 was installed, which was explained by the lack of a chain of the appropriate length (the desire to replace the chain is indicated 2 weeks earlier when leaving the bike for service !!!) . The bike was to have a warranty repair of a defectively installed front lighting cable. The defect was removed, unfortunately the owner decided to charge me with the costs of removing the defect! After my objection, the transaction was canceled. To sum up, the approach to the customer is terrible, as long as we want to buy the product, everyone is there to help, while complaints or service start with problems and blame the customer both with the blame and the costs. The time of servicing and warranty repairs leaves much to be desired. The owner has a different opinion about the quality of services for every suggestion about an incorrectly made website. The bicycle model whose service was such a big problem is: Ecobike RM 20, a Polish manufacturer.

This website is a drama. The repairs were supposed to take a week. After 10 days, I got information that the bike is available for collection today at 5pm. I asked for a telephone confirming the receipt of the bike, of course the telephone was silent. Zero information on the price for the repair. By calling and asking for repair status, no idea what was requested for repair. I am afraid that nothing will be repaired and I will be canceled as for grain. I'm going to take the bike from them tomorrow and prefer to take it somewhere else. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!

Service without enthusiasm, the customer is rather disturbing there, the service I do not know yet, some time ago I gave the road to the inspection and I can not pick it up, it will be tomorrow, I'm alone, the note is lost somewhere and so on

Loud 'good morning' left unanswered (3-4 attendants). There were no records for the service, 'please come on Monday', but on the spot it turns out that until 12 o'clock. Customer service - failure. Perhaps the service itself is ok, but I couldn't check it. Eastern standards.
