A very nice store will advise the service and the store will help you. I really like that you can also talk about, for example, which company is good. I am very young cyclist and when I was in other services they immediately looked different when I was walking around the store they looked constantly if I had something to hurt, they would say something stupid and here they will say they will advise you to buy from them for about 2.3 years and there was no situation where I was laughed at and sent back under a sloppy pretext.

Request to the shop owner ... Dear Sir, it's best to open your shop around noon so that the employees can sleep! Today I enter the store with the intention of buying a bike and the guest is sitting in front of the computer and for the entire 6.5 minutes he did not ask if he could help! Well, at least he answered my Good Morning! Can anyone tell me where I can find a store in Szczecin where the service will suggest and advise when buying? No greetings to the staff. PS: for the store and the product, of course, I have nothing 5 stars for cleanliness and fresh smell. Regards

I do not recommend using this store. I ordered / booked the bike which according to the website was available in the store online for pickup the next day. Especially for this model, I went on an hour-long pick-up trip. In the store, as I announced that I came to pick up the bike, the sellers made big eyes and quickly checked what I am talking about. It turned out that they sold the bike even though I ordered it online a day early and I don't have any more copies. ZERO professionalism, the first and last time I used or tried to use their services ..

I am disappointed with the shop. I bought an ecobike bike and after two days I had to buy new tires because the serial ones went to complaint, after a week the battery died. To be able to ride, I bought a new one and the original one went on the complaint, unfortunately this new battery is also damaged and I gave it to the complaint, unfortunately, I do not want the warranty because there was a damaged canal, I have photos that prove that it was not so. They tell me I was taking the battery apart. My bike is 6 weeks old and I still cannot use it to its full extent. I think we'll meet the shop owner in court. Avoiding this place with a far wide arc.
