Księgarnia edukacyjno-językowa POLANGLO Szczecin

Just three years ago, I would have given this place 5 stars and even more, but after today's visit, I would have given this place less than one star. Earlier, as soon as I came with any problem, the ladies in the bookstore were able, or rather wanted to help me (even if I did not know the title, I did not remember the title, but I gave the books, I always managed to find what I needed), they were able to even in less than a week, download a book only for me. But as you can see, those were ancient times. Let's get to the point then. To my worst visit to the history of this bookkeeper. The lady was rude, rude, and I would not even hesitate to use the word rude. After entering the bookstore, nothing indicated such an unpleasant turn of events. At the beginning, I wanted to deal with it myself, but it was too bad for me, so I decided to ask the Lady for help. When I approached you and asked for help in finding a certain English repetition, the Lady said in an unpleasant and rude tone that she was not an oracle and that she was not interested in what I needed, because I had two hands and (probably) good eyes. She found it herself and announced that she did not intend to help me, because she did not need it, because it is not in her duties, since I do not know the title, especially to such a boor and a sucker like me. On the other hand, I did not say much about the book I was looking for. Apart from saying that it is an English repetition, no title and great ... I could not say anything more because the Lady interrupted me with her wonderful monologue. Thank you very much for your help. My leg will never rise there again, because as you can see, no one cares about customers there.

I highly do not recommend this place. Lady rude, rude and I will not hesitate to use the word vulgar. Unfortunately, I did not receive any help, and even you did not let me finish my statement about what I am looking for / need. Really, if you need help in finding a book, I don't recommend going there. Nobody will help you there anyway. And not so long ago, I would have let my hand be cut off for this place. I do not recommend.

Unfortunately, I was told that the German language textbook was not available and no help was given with where to buy it. Last school year, such a textbook was downloaded for me. I counted on this type of help. Unfortunately, I was disappointed

The only place in Szczecin where there are all books for learning the language and there is no problem to order delivery in max 3 days

Unfortunately, not all textbooks can be bought or ordered and the biggest problem NO RETURN POSSIBILITIES :(
