Arrogant, unpleasant service. I understand times are tough and stress levels are at its peak, but we're all in it. Slamming the cash register drawer, blasting eyes to the ceiling, and rude tone don't help. I gave up on shopping, although I love sweets from Owl. Here, however, I do not recommend a visit, nor will I ever return. Why spoil your mood?
Huge disappointment. We have been buying poppy seed cake for Christmas Eve for many years, today we stood in the queue at 9 am as the seventh customers. After returning home, it turned out that the poppy seed cake is dry and hard, most likely from the day before, just like the bread.
Nice coffee, and served without milk
Coffee and ice cream very good, but low grade due to unpleasant service, mostly black haired lady. Behavior does not encourage returning. Hopefully the service is up to par at other points, as it is not always enough to defend with good taste.
Coffee was good but service needs improvement. Unfortunately, not cool behavior, the customer will drink a coffee, and after 15 minutes a lady comes asking how we will pay, suggesting going out.
