I am very unpleasantly surprised by the implementation of my order, the deadline is flawless, but the quality of the bouquet is unacceptable to me. I understand that you can modify some elements of the bouquet, but it should not look like a caricature of what I ordered. Replacing a decorative apple with a big apple on a stick is a joke. The bouquet not only does not stick to the color range but is also not fresh. After one day, most of the flowers fall off.
I am not satisfied with the service, I do not understand why the delivery times are given, which means that someone will be at home, and I do not know why call the person to whom flowers are to be delivered and darken the shipment from May, they do not know from where and in general the massacre spoiled a surprise. The bouquet I ordered is very different from the original because the photos and flowers are also wilted. Overall, I do not recommend it, I will definitely not use this company next time.
The website, namely logging in or creating an account, does not work properly. I could not log in or create a new account to make purchases and take advantage of the competition. I would advise you to change the plug in the login panel because you lose customers. I think that the next time will be better.
