In connection with the above, I submitted a complaint, and the company unjustly rejected my complaint, arguing that the mattress was flooded. Several times I asked them to indicate the exact place of the flooding, but despite the requests, the company did not answer my question once. In all correspondence, she kept her position all the time without indicating the place of flooding. The cover showed superficial stains from the baby's milk, although the stains were only superficial and only the top layer of the COVER - these stains could not make the MATTRESS wet because even the other side of the cover does not bear traces of dirt (if this happened, there would be traces on the mattress) soaking). In addition, the company does not respect the basic right of the consumer - despite the complaint being submitted by e-mail, more than 14 days have passed without a reply - in such cases, the complaint should be considered positive in accordance with the law. The company, of course, pretends that it did not receive the email. The company's actions work against the customer and have nothing to do with being honest. If you want to be treated as serious customers, avoid this store with a wide berth, because in case of problems, you can't count on a friendly settlement.

In the Hangar shop, you can test your mattresses at will, dispel doubts - very helpful staff. We have just ordered our mattress in the holiday season, unfortunately, but who asks is not going wrong - the e-mail and telephone routes work very well.

The waiting period exceeded by 4 weeks, contrary to earlier assurances. The first (latest) date of implementation has been transferred without my consent and knowledge. Lack of interest in the matter on the part of the service - until I called it I did not know anything about the degree of order fulfillment, because I did not receive an answer to the e-mail until I made a phone call. We purchased a mattress and a bed in the Top Shopping gallery. We are satisfied with the mattress, but the bed is much worse. While the bed visually is nice, the workmanship leaves much to be desired. By default, the bolts were screwed in so tightly that the fasteners for the components were bent, thus preventing the bed from being folded. I think that the picture of the "belt" for lifting the frame reflects the quality of the bed, and I will add that it was not the cheapest bed on offer. Unfortunately, I will not make purchases at Ackermann anymore.
