I made an appointment for my first hair dye. I showed your photo what effect I would like to achieve. I was assured that the colors would be the same as in the photo, only the ends will not be as bright. I also asked the mountain to remain natural and I received the answer "of course, no problem". Unfortunately, the Lady put paint all over my head. After pointing this to this lady, she announced that she must do so, and that's it. In addition, the color transitions are not smooth, only like the ruler. When I said my opinion at the end of the visit, she said that after a few washes the effect would be as expected and she did not propose any corrections. However, there is no such effect. But the effect of the visit is such that I am ashamed of anyone and wherever I want to show and cry when I look in the mirror. I couldn't get any worse. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. Lack of competence and no desire to fix the error. For this, a few hundred zlotys taken with a smile. Tragedy!!!

I have been cutting Mrs.Michalina's hair for some time. At one point I dreamed of dyeing, additionally with lightening. From dark to blonde. In several salons, I was swindled or had amounts thrown so prohibitively that an ordinary person would not want to try. At DUO, I was informed that the effect will not be immediate, that the color is demanding and the process is long-lasting so as not to damage the hair. I am almost a year after the constant lightening and there is a fairy tale. I definitely recommend the services at this salon. :)

I have been a client of the studio for several years. All ladies are polite, nice and do their job professionally. There is a nice atmosphere that you want to be in this salon. Mrs. Edytka takes care of my hair, she will always advise and tell you when I want to change something. I trust her and recommend this salon to everyone, especially since the prices are affordable. I am a terrible customer and I know it. It's best to suggest something, but so that I like it. Edita has been able to meet this challenge for a year. She always responds to my "I don't know" with a smile and a professional approach. I recommend the performance and quality of services 11/10 😁

I love visiting the Duo salon, especially at Mrs Oliwia's. Every time professionalism, I leave with a smile on my face because the effect is what I expected or even better (it was today). Plus, the atmosphere is great. I recommend!
