I do not recommend. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed for the second time. The owner pushes the goods which then has a problem with the exchange because they are out of stock and we have only 7 days to exchange. My husband bought me a bracelet as a gift, he did not receive information that there are two sizes (in other Swarovski stores we always have a choice and ladies advise) In this case, she pressed too large, of course, there is no smaller one and it will not be. I can exchange for something else, but I just wanted this one. Bracelet for almost 400 PLN which is too big for nothing I can not exchange because all the best sold out. Thank you very much! The lady answers the rule and has everything in her nose. I do not recommend this salon! It is better to order online from another seller.

ARE LOOKING !!! .. next to me, the saleswoman packed the necklace into a box and an empty box with the label of another necklace was put into the purse. After the discussion and the threat of bringing the case to court, I recovered the necklace I bought ... I warn you, when buying the product, check the box once again.

They cheat. I deliberately deceived me. I ordered a December 19 watch ... it was supposed to be on January 16 .... unfortunately ... After my intervention in Austria, it turned out that it was only in January that it was ordered along with the orders of the store .... and lying to me on the phone. ..

Very nice and professional approach to the client. The lady in the shop advised perfectly and presented the jewelry I was interested in for my woman. I will definitely visit there again. I highly recommend this salon!
