I bought the chain in April in July it broke already, I decided to advertise it, waiting 3 months for the repair, I had to pay for it, and then a month later it broke again, I do not know if the goldsmith knows his job or treats his clients as bad .

Zdecydowalam sie na zakup obraczki dla mojego przyszlego meza w Gold WAJR (na zdjeciu obraczka po lewej) i uwazam, ze byla to bardzo dobra decyzja. Obraczka pasuje perfekcyjne i jest dokladnie taka jak w zlozonym zamowieniu. Zostana wyslana paczka za granice z ubezpieczeniem. Czas oczekiwania to niecale 4 tyg, ale ze wzwedu na pandemic. Co do obslugi nie mozna powiedziec zlego slowa. Ponadto bardzo szybko mozna osiagnac pracownikow telefonicznie albo przez WhatsApp, co never zdarza you wszedzie! Never rozumiem ocen negatywnych wystawionych tutaj !? Pani, ktora mnie obslugiwala byla bardzo mila i pomocna. Polecam serdecznie! I made the decision to buy a ring for my future husband in gold WAJR (ring on the left in the photo) and I think it was a good decision. The ring fits perfectly and is exactly as I expected. The package was sent insured to Germany without any problems. The waiting time is less than 4 weeks, a little longer because of the pandemic. I can't really understand the negative reviews. The employees can be reached very quickly by phone or WhatsApp, which is not a matter of course! The saleswoman who served me was very nice and helpful. I can only recommend this shop!
