I went to the salon after an unsuccessful visit to the same salon in CH GALAXY, where the service was outrageous! I can recommend this salon with a clear conscience! Full professionalism! The lady was very polite and found out about my needs. She advised me to choose the jewelry perfectly!

Thank you for the positive solution to the problem of ring replacement and professional approach to the customer. Ladies give their word and fulfill their obligations under consumer law. Unfortunately, this cannot be said for the Yes Zielone Arkady Bydgoszcz salon service.

I do not recommend the salon and the YES company as a whole. I bought a product in a Kaskada salon that broke within an hour after purchase. In the store I was lied to that in no case is it possible to return cash (because "this is the company's policy") but only exchange or complaint. When the case reached a higher level, the saleswoman denied that she had not informed me about the possibility of a refund. The company is unprofessional, products are, as it turns out, sellers, and employees are hypocritical or ignorant about consumer rights. I do not recommend, I firmly answer YES.
