Shopped today at this location in search of a perfect gift for my beloved. Within this location is an English speaking Polish sales agent name Natalia whose patience, kindness, professionalism and savvy sense of fashion facilitated my finding a perfect gift. Thanks Natalia; you are golden and invaluable to this store and its exceptional selection of items.

The terrible service sold me a broken bracelet when I saw that it was broken I returned to the store some 20 minutes after the purchase. The mark was broken in the store and they did not accept my return. In the end, I fixed the bracelet myself

I remember when I came to the salon to choose jewelry with diamonds and sapphires, which my husband promised me for 3 anniversaries. Nobody wanted to help me. Ladies measure the customer from head to toe instead of taking up work, forgetting equally that cultural people who have money just don't flaunt it :) I wanted to laugh at them when the next day we came with my husband and spent over 10 thousand zlotys. I will not go there anymore, because the hypocritical service is unknown to whom. I'm sorry to see that these are people on a poor salary who are insisting on the right to judge others, and we do not feel obliged to dress like a guardian in Corpus Christi, walking suddenly to the jewelry salon - laughter. This is ONLY jewelry and service is to take care of the buyer and help him and not to play in the oracle of the wealth of customers and direct intuition - because this unfortunately often fails, as in our case :) There is one lady who was nice but the rest gives up to dismissal, the most surly service of all Exclusive stores in Poland. Large selection of jewelry and jewelry for every taste and preference. The location is convenient, in each gallery there is a pavilion. The pavilions are light, clean, comfortable. Shopping is a pleasure. Polite staff, reasonable prices.

I think you thought that I came to look because she was very reluctant to help me and she was not able to offer me anything, although I asked her for it. All I could hear was "it's a matter of taste" instead of showing me a model that would match the description I was looking for. She began to smile at me as I confirmed that I wanted to buy selected earrings and how we managed to get to the payment, in fact as she saw that I wanted to spend more money, her eyes lit up. The salon itself was great, but the service probably had a bad day: /
