Ladies advised me in choosing the size of the wedding ring, because I don't wear rings every day. There were no stencils of this shape available in the showroom, so the size assessment was made on other stencils. However, I was assured that the size would be appropriate. It turned out that I now have to wear a ring that is two sizes too big ... After contacting customer service, I found out that it is not possible to reduce my wedding ring because it has diamonds (I was aware of this). Unfortunately, the return is also not possible, because the rings are made to order. I advise you not to risk it and order important jewelery in salons with qualified staff!

I bought rings there, a gift card was added to the rings for Vistula for 1000 zlotys, of course there was no card, because you said that it would take 2 weeks. Ladies and gentlemen, three months have passed and echo. Of course, I called, and I was in the salon, asking, for 3 months I have heard the same text: the printing house has a problem. If you approach clients so honestly, I thank you. Of course, I have no objections to the quality of the rings and their performance. But the fact that matters with the customer matters.

Ms J. "senior customer advisor" is a very rude and unprofessional person. I wanted to receive my complaint, specifically the secretary after fixing the fastener. Yes, the clasp was fixed, but a large scratch appeared inside - which was not there before. You decided that there is "word against word" and you do not know if I have such information, but "the service is to repair products and not destroy them, because this is the company's policy". Yes, I have such information and I have never suggested that the website has damaged something specifically, and the company's policy is as I see offending regular customers and suggesting that as a young person I have no right to speak. There was not a single word from the lips of your "senior customer advisor" about making a reference to the complaint. I haven't picked up the product. You didn't help me. And finally, I also got the text that, of course, "products for PLN 300 are drawn" and I don't know if I know, but for thousands too, I have the silent hope that the way sellers treat me doesn't depend on the number of zeros on the receipt ... I was very wrong.

I do not recommend this store and service to anyone. We gave our wedding rings for renovation 2 weeks before our first round anniversary. Six weeks have passed and the rings are still not available. We've been at this point three times and each time we hear that someone has to find out what our pictures are. Of course, no one called
