Nice service when they sell the goods, but when it comes to complaints about a ring, they can be very unpleasant. The complaint concerns a ring with diamonds-and its enlargement turned out to be a total disaster. "Botched job" was estimated by other goldsmiths in Szczecin that such a bad job was still they did not see, but it was performed by an elderly man who works in Kantor-Lombard belonging to a jewelry store. This vulgar and nervous gentleman is able to scare the customer with his insults, as it happened during the advertised ring, many other dishonest I could still describe as to "plucking" the customer but I think that it will be enough. Please think carefully before giving you the goods for processing gold . I absolutely do not RECOMMEND !!! Reply -to the course of a fatal purchase written by Pania Jubilerke !!!! The purchased diamond ring, first of all, was not professionally enlarged, it did not agree with the weight on the certificate, it was sold as new (and as it turned out - probably goods from Lombard) without a test (which is against the law and is punishable). In addition, I submitted a complaint within 3 days after my arrival in the country and checking with other goldsmiths. We were not able to see everything with the naked eye, because I was not really interested in this ring, but just wanted the gold left behind for the goldsmith to make the same pattern for me. But the lady from the jewelry store tried to convince me by phone that the one I liked can be enlarged and I can pick it up the next day. After our intervention, the lady from the jewelry store had to issue a new certificate with the actual weight of the ring, which is, in fact (or it's not funny - that after enlarging the ring it should weigh more, not less) After the problems that arose, we stopped making gold rings, which we left behind to avoid further disappointments. Unfortunately, it's true, you can't please everyone - because not everyone is deceived !!! Will anyone come to work on Sunday without taking advantage and profit from it ????
