The facility where access to the online account could not be started. No telephone contact available, only an infoline cannot be reached and finally, after connecting, sends you to a visit to the facility. Vicious circle. I have the impression that this is a strange institution pretending to be a real bank. I do not recommend

To welcome you, behind the desk, I attack with the question of whether you have an appointment, if it was not the question in the whole room in what matter came ... Not professional. It is a pity that the helplines have a deep respect for their clients, so you could do everything over the phone, and so you have to wait 9 months pregnant as someone deserves to be served.

the service is nice, but queues at this bank are a drama ... 8 people in line, and one person at the desk .. Time is at a premium, if not for having to come to you I would miss your bank.
