I booked an apartment in Croatia 2 days before my arrival. I managed to get to the place and Novasol Polska did not give any contact details to the person responsible for the accommodation in the apartment (e-mail phone ...) I only had the address where I should go. The form for collecting the keys was available only after 24 hours from the receipt of the payment, i.e. at the time of departure. On the second day of the stay they wrote back to the e-mail with the question (sent right after booking) about the key collection, that they had a lot of work, asking if I still need an answer to the question. Upon arrival, it turned out that the owner is not there, I think it is difficult to wait until 4:00 p.m. as I entered in the form (it is impossible earlier) Telephone 16:05 to Novasol Croatia asking where is the person with the keys and asking for a telephone number . The surprised lady ordered to wait and then redirected the conversation to the person responsible for the accommodation-owner. Object as described in 95%. It met our expectations. Service in Poland is total bottom. I do not recommend booking for the last moment because you can be there and kiss the door handle without knowing what to do next ...

avoid the massacre from afar - I ordered an apartment in October - trip with 4 small children to Croatia - in the current situation it is not possible for me due to covid - almost two months to leave - please cancel the reservation - ok but we take 100% cash from the advance payment in my life I will not use the services of these hyenas

Drama. Focused only on CASH. Zero flexibility and understanding for the customer in the era of coronovirus. Despite the submission of several proposals, they threaten to collect the full amount and they are not interested in anything. All responsibility for the effects of a pandemic falls on the customer. No voucher, only cash register and cash register. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

A frivolous company, I have a reservation to Norway for August. I don't know if Norway will open borders by then, and Novasol passes the entire risk and associated costs to the customer. The security package DOES NOT APPLY to the coronovirus situation and is not an emergency. I do not recommend!

Reservation not refunded in any percentage. Fraud thieves I advise you to be careful. We'll meet in the court. Reservation is not possible due to closed borders. Thieves!!! I advise against everyone
