I definitely do not recommend cooperation with the Bonus real estate office, and in particular with Mr. Łukasz. I had the trouble to buy a house "with his agency". At any stage of concluding the transaction, Mr. Łukasz did not turn out to be helpful / useful, and even mislead everyone and delayed the whole process. On the other hand, at each stage he made it clear that the only thing he wanted was to collect the commission due to him quickly. - The announcement regarding the sale of the house was drafted in a way that did not encourage you to buy it, and I suspect that if it were not for that, the seller would have found other buyers much faster. I am disregarding the fact that it contained erroneous information. - During the first presentation of the offered real estate, he could not answer most of the questions related to it (existing connections, access roads), and gave the wrong plot area (200 meters is quite a significant difference), and the error resulted from his incompetence - he could not even check which of the two plots of land the seller is offering. - He constantly incited and reminded both parties about the necessity to sign preliminary contracts etc. as soon as possible (only to speed up the transfer of commission to him). - He was notoriously misleading both parties, delaying the execution of the transaction. Finally, we solved it with the seller so that we dealt with the formalities on our own, and we informed Mr. Łukasz where and when the notarial deed would be signed. - At some point I realized that instead of treating Mr. Łukasz as a person who can be trusted and who should provide me with a sense of security when concluding a transaction that is quite important to me, I have to weigh words with him so that he would not have an excuse to issue an earlier invoice and claiming your percentage. - The proverbial icing on the cake is a situation in which, while signing the notarial deed (the Notary Public went out to prepare the documents for a moment), he started to take out his invoices and ORDER them to sign them here and now (by the way, the invoices were issued for the wrong amount). Complete lack of taste and tact, ignorance of the BASIC rules of culture. To sum up, in my opinion, the real estate agency Bonus and Mr. Łukasz are perfect examples of why people are less and less willing to cooperate with brokers. They charge themselves a considerable commission, offering nothing in return but being a redundant link and making it difficult.
