I don't know about professionalism, but arranging for an inspection and a quote is a nightmare. The guy does not call back first, then calls just to say that he has no time - great grace! He called today to confirm the visit, but he would not say at what time, I should sit all day and wait for the specialist to show up - I advise you to avoid it !!
