You pay 350 PLN for a private ride and they are 50 minutes late! The driver scored 2 speed cameras in Germany because he was in such a hurry to get us on time - sometimes it was quite dangerous when pushing to the second lane 140km / h with a limit of 60km / h !!! The compensation for the delay was a 15 PLN discount for the bus 馃槀 I will add from the customer service center I did not even intend to inform us about the delay, we only called them after 15 minutes of waiting in the cold

I COMPLY WITH OTHER PASSENGERS I bought a bus ticket at 23:15 from Tegel airport. When he was late I called them with a question to be played (I didn't receive any message from them). In response, I heard that they had technical problems and a replacement vehicle is on its way. Another replacement vehicle turned out to be another bus at 0:25 and they didn't take me because I was the only one and it didn't pay off. As a result, I waited over an hour at night and cold in the parking lot exposed to the wind and cheated.
