Terrible, rude and incompetent behavior of employees at the entrance to the ferry, while checking documents on 8.09.2020 at 23.00. The employee of this company does not know the rules, is absolutely unaware of what he does. She did not let the person unlawfully enter the ferry. Even after checking the passenger's documents by border guards and police. All documents were fine, but this employee of the company herself decided that she would not let the passenger onto the ferry. Because she came up with that Swedes do not let in the country. She did not give the manager's number, she did not give her name, she simply escaped from the conversation, knowing that she had made a mistake. This case will of course go to court.

Unfortunately, due to the outfit (tracksuits, I was on my way to the gym) we were qualified with my wife (then fiancée) as clients of a worse category. Very unprofessional service. Well, but there is one positive thanks to them we discovered Rainbow in the cascade. We are currently completing our second trip abroad.
