I advise against Rainbow we lost 2500 zlotys In December we had already chosen the hotel, we went to book it at Rainbow office, only they had this hotel ACAPULCO RESORT & CONVENTION & SPA. Mrs. K. assured us that now is a good opportunity and I will give us more promotions for the Child ...... Unfortunately, we did not ask for a guarantee valuable and it was our mistake ...... because always when booking a trip, e.g. in Itace was this guarantee even in December. As it turned out, 3 weeks before the valuable trip dropped from 2,500 zlotys. During the flight, other travelers said they even got a free car park here, Mrs. K. also forgot about it .... the complaint is nothing away because Rainbow wrote to us that they have costs and must take care that the trips quickly go down and the valuable can jump. You can see what is more important in Rainbow KASA then the customer! :(
